As I was waiting for a light to change I fell in love with how this man topped his trim ensemble with an irreverent skull motif scarf. He bought the scarf in Paris, where he often travels on business as a professional sommelier in Vancouver. It turns out his fabulous double-breasted suit comes from a friend who had it tailor-made in the 1960s. But his style story doesn’t end there. During our chat the subject of socks came up – I couldn’t resist a peep, which was so worth it, more skulls! (see photo below, and love the boots too) And then he removed the scarf to reveal a fabulous bow tie. (see photo below) THEN I discovered this man’s delightful suspenders by Turnbull & Asser, which I didn’t get a photo of. I mean, how far do I go? I dared not ask about his under clothing…! Such a treat to bump into this man.
