This woman has the poofiest hair west of Red Deer, Alberta, her hometown. It takes about 45 minutes to achieve such perfection. She very recently arrived in Vancouver to attend school for fashion merchandising and marketing. Her style comes from sifting through magazines to find the looks she likes, then bargain-hunting or thrifting similar items and adding her own twist. She was accompanied by her mother who takes well-deserved credit for encouraging her daughter to be herself. I had to include a closeup this freshman’s flawless peaches and cream complexion below.

I love the hair…it reminds me of how the older girls wore their hair when I was in high school. Lots of backcombing and hairspray!
