She said she put this on because it was wash day and this is what she had left -but it works so well! I love the asymmetry of the hemline, the blast of indigo against the neon pink tights, and the shock of aqua in her boots. This woman is originally from Poland, then spent time in the UK. She now lives in Vancouver and is a photographer.
