Does he remind you of anyone? He should – this Vancouverite is an award-winning Elvis Presley tribute artist. Check out his website here for some REAL photos. I love her black sequins (visible at the hip) and his walking stick. Standouts. Spotting this couple on Robson Street made my day.

Today I ran into two people I have style-eyed in the past. Always a pleasure…
The first time this woman appeared was February 27, when she had candy-floss pink hair. The pink has since been replaced with this snappy auburn, but she is still studying fashion design and still looking fabulous. Here she is with her friend, also winningly attired in a tuxedo-style vest over a T, who just arrived from Ottawa where he is a business student.
This next woman I first style-eyed here, September 30. She still shines with confidence and sports that fantastic mane of hair. I have included a closeup photo of her jewellery. The top piece was given to her by a friend and the bottom-most pendant is a reworked Victorian era piece used by a lady to carry change. Isn’t this a great summery look?

This woman is a sculptor and a painter with a reemerging interest in fashion design. Her belt and bag, in these delicious shades of aqua and green, are her own creations. Don’t they sit well against her green-apple jacket? She also carefully arranged her partner’s lilac scarf before the photo – lucky guy! I love the splashes of colour from this coordinated couple. His red laces are perfect.
