This couple emanated a sense of calm and tranquility – although I had to walk very, very fast to catch up with them (not easy if you see the shoes I wore today). Her dress is from Smoking Lily, a designer from Victoria with a store on Main Street now, and her earrings are locally made by Eliza Lau, purchased at Gentille Alouette in Gastown. You can see the hint of the graphic featuring a nest with a vivid blue robin’s egg. He is wearing a shirt from Sharks & Hammers in Gastown and Dickies trousers. Of course, I love his hat.
