Where do I start? An eclectic masterpiece. He’s wearing an “old Harry Rosen jacket,” boots and shirt from New York, silver bracelets, rings, and necklace made here in Vancouver, and a scarf from Zara. His tooled sling bag is made by a leathersmith in Vancouver. (I hope I got all of that right.) This man works in the film business in costuming. Great energy!
I have a weakness for brown suits and skinny ties, and I enjoy how he has matched a lighter jacket with a dark shirt and trousers. This man’s sister made his tie (well done!), and the belt, with an etching of a tall ship on the buckle, came from his grandfather, hence the title. He is a filmmaker who works in Gastown, and is a former instructor at Vancouver Film School.
