Meet Ty Philips. Usually he’s the one behind the lens as a professional photographer but I caught him on Hornby St. in this fabulous straw pork pie hat and cropped trousers. The round specs with this outfit makes me think 1920s Paris intellectual/writer. Also note that great neck piece. Ty is a connoisseur of jade, and this particular piece, which is a rich buttery colour, is mutton fat jade, one of the best kinds. You must check out Ty’s photography.
